Now, if I only could only write an awesome extention and could win one of these. My geekness would be complete then.

Gallery Update
Just upgraded my photo gallery. Same pictures, just different layout.
Yeah, I have nothing better to write about at this moment, so go look at my pictures.
Google, have you been reading my diary (again)?
Lets see if Gmail really does read my diary. I was just going through my email account and in your contacts lists, it tells your “frequently contact” or the people you actually have sent emails too in the recent past. So I got to wondering how many messages I send those people. It’s easy enough to click on a person and see how many conversations you’ve had, and how many messages that conversation contained. However, it would be nice (though useless perhaps) if Gmail kept statistics like “most emails to ever” “most emails to/from in the last month,” etc…those kinds of things. I can get stats like that on wordpress, see who comments the most (um, no one) and whatnot. But it would be interested to have that information handy. Again, it’d probably be useless to most people, including myself, but still fun. Of course, I could count the conversations for each person, and then each message within, but that requires work on my part. I want some program to do it for me : )
Hm, maybe figuring it up myself will be a good project for me this afternoon (as if I don’t already have enough to do).
Google Talk
They just keep it coming I guess. Although this one wasn’t in my diary. Google Talk is the latest from Google, just released this evening under much speculation, rumors and even denials the past few weeks. It might be cool if I knew enough people with gmail accounts. We shall see I guess.
Google, have you been reading my diary?
So I was reading this article before work today. What’s funny is that just the past couple days I’ve been thinking about how annoying it is that I have so many different email accounts to check. I don’t want to forward them all to one because I don’t want to be sending things from my personal account. My work account isn’t set up to work to send outgoing mail from it, so outlook express and thunderbird don’t work for that.
Anyway, I’m just happy that now my problem is relieved. No configuration for outlook, etc…just a small verification email. Which means it’s not really being sent from there, but it shows up as if it is, and that’s all I care about.
Of course, with all the Google services now available and certain people I know getting all scared about them following them around online, I’m wondering if they haven’t just skipped that step and implanted a micro-chip in our brains?
