Crumpled Notebook has always been a place for me to sort out the thoughts in my head. The name comes from the fact that I used to carry around a little red notebook in high school. It was all beat up and crumpled up from getting shoved in my locker or backpack, or even thrown across the room when I didn’t like what I had just written in it. It was also my “rough draft” place for any thing I wrote or any plans I wanted to make. Over the years, it contained everything from poems, to life goals, to crazy opinions and dreams I’ve had along the way.
Instead of a little red notebook now, it’s here. A place to document the rough drafts that have made up my life since 2004.
This year (June 2014), I’m starting a new and uncomfortable journey, that I hope turns into an adventure for all of us.
